Clay target shooting, in plain language
Clay target shooting is the sport of breaking small clay discs thrown into the air at speed. It rewards timing, focus and calm far more than strength, which is why people of every age and build enjoy it.
On your first visit a range officer stays with you throughout. You are briefed on safety, fitted with eye and ear protection, shown how to stand, mount and swing — and then you break your first clay. A first visit costs R650 per person and takes about two hours.

Trap, trench, skeet and sporting — 15 ranges in total, so there is always one free and always a new question to answer.
